I don't think that this Security thug should be treating guests this way and I am hesitant to ever go back again because of the confrontational and threatening attitude he showed me. The hotel provides 24/7 complimentary shuttle service to Turning Stone Resort Casino. The hotel has an indoor pool, fitness center and a 24-hour front desk. Boasting a business center, this property also provides guests with a casino. It it very unfortunate that this bad apple kind of ruined my experience here because all of the other casino employees were friendly, courteous ,polite and helpful. Hampton Inn by Hilton Verona at Turning Stone is set in Verona. Please note that no one in the casino had said anything to me prior to this confrontation about pulling my mask down to drink. A Security guard ( older heavy set man) came from behind me and was very rude and confrontational.He said that I had been warned 3 times not to pull down my mask and that I had been seen on camera and that he was ready to throw me out of the casino.He was very confrontational and I felt that he was just itching for me to respond so that he could have a reason to call his thugs physically remove me. I drove an hour to Turning Stone to enjoy the Casino experience.I was playing a slot machine and drinking a soda where I had to lower my face mask to drink.
